Satyam Partners with XAPT and Microsoft to Expand its Dealer Management Capabilities

India based software service provider Satyam Computer Services is partnering with XAPT Soft Inc. and Microsoft to provide advanced Dealer Management solutions to the world's leading automotive and heavy equipment manufacturers and their dealer networks. Satyam and XAPT will jointly develop solutions based on Microsoft's Dynamics AX Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) product to efficiently address common dealer problems; establish standardized integration points between OEM and dealers; achieve integration with commonly-used applications right out-of-the-box; and enhance ease of use and administration. Satyam, XAPT, and Microsoft will leverage their expertise in integrated business dynamics within numerous dealership operations, including sales, after-sales, service parts, order forecasting, customer relationship management, and inventory management.
